R&F Diversity Products, LLC. was founded on February 26, 2024 in Las Vegas, NV by Meghan and Austin Apple. We both moved to Las Vegas when we were 3 years old, went to high school here, and moved back after college. Vegas is our home.

With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, we are here to help you secure and fulfill your diversity participation needed on various construction projects throughout the valley.

Why did we name the company R&F?

Well, we quickly became hockey fans once hockey made it’s way into the valley. Two of our favorite players are Ryan Reaves and Marc Andre Fleury so naturally we named our puppies Reavo and Fluery.
